327 Solutions had immediate traction with top tier clients helping them access the savviest Training and Development professionals in the market accomplishing Corporate Development that matters. This happened through my personal network, referral resources and of course, organic sales activity. In the first quarter, we were able to contract with well-established mid-tier firms and then, we won our first Fortune 500 client. In just one more quarter, we onboarded our first amazing Fortune 50 client and the acceleration continues. This is due to our Instructional Design Consultants, eLearning Developers and Learning Innovators and well, the amazing folks we get to work with. It's also due to our hyper-focus in Training and Development only.
The successes have allowed us to beat our revenue target this year, and I'm truly humbled. Not just humbled by the success and growth 327 Solutions is experiencing, but I'm humbled by seeing how I get to work with the best, brightest and most dedicated clients and consultants in the business, no holds barred.
The victories this year far outweigh the challenges and as such, we are able to reinvest into the business, ensuring a very successful 2016. 327 Solutions has gone from a one person sales, marketing and recruiting team to a small consultancy, with 13 persons billing on active engagements as we wrap up the year. This is due to our amazing clients, business partners and contractors. In 2016, keep an eye out for 327 Solutions as we invest in technology, people and process that will deliver triple digit growth. Our marketing automation, brand and market position will quickly accelerate us quickly in 2016 and we are excited to meet you soon.
